The staff was polite & awesome.

The location of the hotel was pretty good, had plenty of eating and shopping facilities near by, interstate access was great.

Hotel had a funny smell, the hotels seemed to be making some small upgrades but the rooms still were out dated and not as clean as it should have been. The walls were dirty in rooms and bathrooms were moldy. I stayed at this hotel for a week while my house was being worked on and I paid the regular daily rate and the house keepers did not service my room every day and I always had to get my own towels and wash cloths from the front desk,

Everything was fine, had a GOOD stay on a road trip. Location: the hotel was just off a convenient area at the door upon entering the facility. Local fast food option Wendy's was 5 minutes walk away.

They had just replaced the mattresses (old ones were in a heap out back).

Baymont Inn may be the" new" owner but the motel is ancient. Room couch was very dirty, mirror was off wall on the floor, tv listings were incorrect. We shouldn't be surprised I guess as the price was very reasonable. Thankfully we were in the room just to sleep. Does not deserve the three star rating listed!

The staff was so helpful and good , perfect since I was just a few steps away from some fantastic dining options like China Wok and Gabino's Mexican Grill.

Overall the hotel wasn't totally bad but it is not new as stated it is under new management a lot of repairs were needed hot tub wasn't very warm, no free paper as stated, exit directions are not very good, bed was comfortable, shower was great, tv sucked, breakfast was pretty good, staff was not friendly when leaving the girl was basically not very helpful or friendly

The location was the best, right off the interstate and close to every thing. My grandkids really enjoyed the indoor pool and the daily complimentary breakfast... Yummy! It was quiet and the staff was very friendly.

The smell of the room was bad at first, but I sprayed lysol to kill the odor. Also, certain items with the linen and the bathroom was not cleaned properly and sanitized. Over all, the room was pretty good for the price and if you are on a budget, I would definitely recommend staying.

Upgraded bathroom with granite countertops and a clean, comfortable bed. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, further enhancing the experience. Breakfast options were limited, with only a few cereal choices and no spreads for toast, which could be improved. The indoor pool looked inviting, but the sparse breakfast offerings left something to be desired.

Totally recommend for shopping

Comfortable room, convenient location, with tv and an indoor swimming pool, made my stay enjoyable and gave me easy access to explore nearby shopping spots.

Family Suitable for a brief stay

So we stayed here for 2 nights and man, the kids were all about that indoor pool. I gotta say, the breakfast was surprisingly solid,, they had all the basics covered, and the staff really went out of their way.

It wasn't exactly a steal, but you know, for what we got, it was acceptable.

The indoor pool had nice features but could use some cleaning. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. It had good choices and was well served. The room itself wassuper clean and cozy, though the AC wasn't working quite right. The staff were friendly and accommodating but seemed overwhelmed at times. One morning, I had an issue with the extra charge that wasn't explained clearly. The location was convenient with several restaurants nearby. I had a decent stay. Just a few tweaks needed for a better experience.

Fast check-in and comfortable bed, but the room was a bit run down.

The breakfast spread was well organized and met all my expectations. The room itself was clean, always a priority for me. The beds were comfortable.

The AC/Heat unit could use some attention.
